CAPE GIRARDEAU – Tom Egan with the Wm. Boudoures Co. is pleased to announce the signing of a 2,400 square foot lease with Verizon Wireless  at 263 S. Farrar Dr. in Cape Girardeau, MO.  The deal was completed with Drury Land Development Company.

WENTZVILLE, MO – The Wm. Boudoures Co. is pleased to announce it represented Olive Garden in the lease of 2.23 acres of land in the Wentzville Marketplace South development.  Olive Garden plans for a Spring 2010 opening.  William Boudoures represented Olive Garden in this transaction.

BELLEVILLE, IL – Wm. Boudoures Co. is pleased to announce the opening of RadioShack at Belleville Crossing in Belleville, IL.  Paul Fusz of the Wm. MANCHESTER, MO – Wm. Boudoures Co. is proud to have represented Inland US Management, LLC in the lease of a 7,300 square foot freestanding building in Manchester Meadows to Graniterra, Inc.  Tom Egan, who handles the listing on Manchester Meadows, completed the transaction. 

CLAYTON, MO – The Wm. Boudoures Co. is pleased to announce it has represented American Youth Foundation in the purchase of a 3,050 square foot office building located at 6357 Clayton Road in Clayton, Missouri.  AYF is a non-profit organization that implements programs devoted to youth development, character education and leadership.  John Compton represented AYF in this transaction.

Boudoures Co. is pleased to announce the listing of Warson Village Shopping Center in Warson Woods, MO.  The shopping center is owned by General Grant Realty and is located on the northeast corner of Manchester Road & Sappington.  Tom Egan will be handling the leasing of this shopping center.

TOWN & COUNTRY, MO – Wm.
